Kalthia Engineering & Construction Limited ( KECL ) , an Infrastructure operating , company is committed continually improve Health , Safety & Environment practices , with the aim of providing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees , sub - contractors , service providers and ensure all operations are carried out in a manner that protects the environment and community in general
KECL belleves that:
- All adverse environmental impacts , injuries and occupational illness can be prevented .
- HSE is business imperative and no business is worth doing that keeping people al risk .
- Consultation and employee involvement is essential to building commitment to HSE .
We shall endeavour to
- Provide a safe and healthy workplace by identifying , assessing and reducing risk to as low as reasonably practicable .
- Develop knowledge and skill among employees / contractors / service providers / partners to demonstrate their involvement , responsiveness , accountability towards effective implementation of I lealth , Safety & Environment plan .
- Provide training and adequate resources to maintain HSE management system .
- Integrating HSE procedures in to every operations of the operating company .
Identifying hazards and risks that could cause injury , illness or environmental harm and implement the necessary measures to mitigate the risk .
The senior Management shall visibly uphold the principles of the policy and integrate throughout the company . The management & line managers shall be responsible and accountable for implementing and maintaining the HSE management system necessary to sustain the policy .
