Construction Quality Policy
KECL’s Quality Policy has been formulated and adopted to ensure capabilities and commitment in providing the best quality products and premium services to its customers.
To ensure our quality compliant, we continually review and update policies and procedures to reflect our business operations, and implement key requirements in order to meet or exceed contractual agreement, code of conduct, statutory obligations and client needs.
The goal is ensured through the achievement of the highest level of performance and perfect implementation of Quality Control System in various step of execution, and through the KECL’s whole hearted commitment in exceeding customer expectations and needs, by adopting well-structured operating procedures and work instructions.
To achieve our milestones we;
- Aims for the continued improvement and growth of its business through improving the performance of different activities, processing solutions to meet the requirements of local and global construction industry. Towards this end, Quality Objectives were identified, implemented and followed up.
- Ensure that personnel are dictated to ensure that quality and value are inherent in all our products and services.
- Have an in-house quality-control laboratory to achieve the high standards of quality assurance. Field laboratory are equipped with all testing apparatus for materials including aggregate, sand, asphalt, cement, steel and earthwork.
- Continually invest into the training and skill development of all staff members to emphasize the significance and their importance as being pivotal in successfully maintaining the Quality Management System and to ensure the business is well supported by competent people, capable of achieving the milestones, which we set for today and for the growth of tomorrow.
- Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to improve our processes for maximum affect & assess the internal quality audits to ensure that Quality Management System is adequately maintained and Quality Requirements are strictly fulfilled.
- The completion and timely delivery of quality projects is infused as part of the company’s culture, embraced by all employees and sub-contractors producing reliable and consistent results experienced by our clients.
